Walking is a great way to get fit, explore what is on your doorstep and make new friends. Join our free and friendly walk, leaving at 11.15m and lasting between 40 and 45 minutes.

Our Friendly Health Trainers can help you with advice about healthy eating, exercise, quitting smoking, alcohol or drug issues, sexual health, stress, emotional wellbeing or local services.

Craft and Chat

Alternate Wednesdays in the Main Hall 10am - 12pm

Why not join us for a creative morning, or just come along for a chat? £1 per session, includes tea or coffee.

Chair Based Exercise

Tuesdays 12.30 - 1.15pm in the Main Hall

A seated class to improve strength and flexibility; with resistance bands. £2 per session.

Local Lib Dem Councillors Surgery

2nd Thursday of the Month in the Cafe

The East Malling Lib Dem Team, Councillor Roger Roud and East Malling Parish Councillor, Michelle Tatton, hold a surgery in the Centre Café. There is no need to make an appointment - just drop in for a chat if you have any local issues that you would like to discuss.

Lucy Robins School of Dance

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.

Fun-filled Cycle Activity Sessions for Children 2 - 5 Years
Our fun, structured play sessions take children on a journey of sporting imagination with engaging, energetic activities supporting them every step of the way.
We understand the importance of child development at nursery level and how critical sport can be to stimulate motor skills, cognition and social behaviours and so have developed a cycling activity programme to do so whilst also teaching children the importance of cycling safety.
For children who are nervous or unsure about riding a bike, our sessions provide a safe and exciting environment allowing your child to gain confidence

Play and Stay Toddler Group

Thursday 10.30am - 12pm in the Main Hall

Come and join us for some indoor fun with ball pit, soft play, toys and craft activities! £1.50 per child to include a hot drink for parents/guardians. Everyone Welcome!

Shotokan Karate

Wednesday & Friday in the Main Hall

6 - 6.50pm Juniors (5 - 15yrs) / 7 - 8pm Seniors (16+)

All lessons are £5 , first trial lesson is free! All beginners, intermediate and advanced welcome. All teachers are DBS checked, First Aid trained and Insured.

A medium impact aerobics class with Angela Borsos, just £2 per session. Plus, an optional half hour toning section from 10.45 - 11am; using floor mats. £1 extra.

Box Fitness

Tuesday 9.30am in the Main Hall

£2 per session, pay as you play! Complete beginners welcome!

These sessions are designed just for local people to take part in an Olympic Sport. It's great fun, gets you fit, provides weight management, builds strength, decreases stress, helps you to socialise and you learn new skills!
