Walking is a great way to get fit, explore what is on your doorstep and make new friends. Join our free and friendly walk, leaving at 11.15m and lasting between 40 and 45 minutes.

Box Fitness

£2 per session, pay as you play! Complete beginners welcome!

These sessions are designed just for local people to take part in an Olympic Sport. It's great fun, gets you fit, provides weight management, builds strength, decreases stress, helps you to socialise and you learn new skills!
